Ranqual Consulting Group (RCG) through the RCG Boresha Afya Mentorship Programme (RBAMP) is committed to supporting healthcare organizations towards quality improvement.

The CQI programme, comprised of 5 continuous phases, assists the healthcare organization in quality improvement. The program begins with the foundation phase where we capacity-build all personnel working in the healthcare system through QMS trainings.

A systematic implementation of the documented procedures then follows the documentation phase. The system is then sustained by inhouse monitoring of quality indicators and periodic performance of internal audits.
